HyperNorth is a 500 MW hyperscale data center campus engineered for the most demanding workloads — AI training, large-scale cloud, and high-performance computing.
Sustainability isn't a feature we bolt on.
It's why we chose this location. Northern Sweden runs on hydropower. The grid is already 90% renewable. We just plug in. No offsets. No accounting tricks.
Clean electrons, all the time.
The climate does the cooling. Average temperatures hover near freezing. We use outside air instead of energy-hungry chillers. When that's not enough, liquid cooling handles the rest. No water wasted.
The heat we generate doesn't disappear into the sky. It flows into the district heating network, warming homes and businesses nearby. Target PUE: 1.10–1.15. Industry average: 1.5–1.6. That gap is millions of kilowatt-hours. Every year. Forever.
This is infrastructure that makes sense. For the climate, for the grid, for the long term.
